Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: 1.1 The Promax "Kickstart Rural" Campaign Promotion (referred to as "the Promotion") is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or above. 1.2 The Promotion is valid for single product consumer purchases of selected tanks from the promotional range only and is not available for bulk purchases, commercial quantities or trade purchases.
Promotion Details: 2.1 The Promotion offers purchasers of selected rainwater tanks from the limited promotional range a Prezzee branded gift card. The dollar value of the gift card will be determined by the promoter based on the full price purchase of the tank from the limited promotional range and is subject to availability. Prezzee gift cards, or alternative incentives may be offered, in the following amounts: $100, $150, $200, $250, and $350. 2.2 The issuing of the gift card, and the dollar amount will be determined at the sole discretion of the promoter, subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of the promotion. 2.3 The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
Limitations: 3.1 There is a limit of one gift card per customer. 3.2 Multiple purchases of rainwater tanks by the same customer will not result in additional gift vouchers. 3.3 In the event of multiple rainwater tanks being purchased in a single transaction, only one gift voucher will be issued.
Promotion Period: 4.1 The Promotion will begin on 12 July 2023 and will continue until 31 October 2023 or earlier at the discretion of the promoter. 4.2 The promoter reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time for any reason at their sole discretion. 4.3 The promoter is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by participants due to the early termination of the Promotion.
Redemption: 5.1 The gift card can be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the gift card and available at www.Prezzee.co.nz 5.2 The promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. 5.3 The gift card is valid for a limited period as mentioned on the gift card and cannot be used after the expiry date.
General Conditions: 6.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the general terms and conditions available on the Promax website at https://www.promax.co.nz/terms-conditions. 6.2 The promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 6.3 Standard Freight terms and conditions apply. For aboveground tanks of 10,000L or greater, refer to the freight terms and conditions provided at https://www.promax.co.nz/freight-terms-conditions. 6.4 No rainchecks will be provided for the Promotion. 6.5 The promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion, including but not limited to gift card allocation, will be final and binding. 6.6 The promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays in the Promotion or the gift card redemption process. 6.7 The promoter may use the personal information collected from participants in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability: 7.1 To the extent permitted by law, the promoter and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Promotion. 7.2 Participants acknowledge that the Promotion is provided on an "as is" basis and that the promoter makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Governing Law: 8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
